1. CE certificate approved

Jobet's Battery-powered LED Par Lights have CE certificates which are approved by authoritative testing companies. The CE certificate needs to cover EMC & LVD tests so as to fully meet the importing policies of the European market.

2. German power standards

To ensure compatibility with German power standards, Jobet makes flight cases equipped with standard European power outlets, which are convenient for charging lights inside the flight cases.

3. Make sure all lights pass following Electrical Safety Tests

A. Provision for Earth (Ground Resistance Test)

Jobet ensure the resistance between the ground connection and all exposed metal parts is within standard limits under a 10A test.

As a manufacturer, Jobet ensures ALL METAL PARTS has good connection to GROUND, includes housing/brackets/safety rin…, to make sure all parts grounded well, we use 1 ground wire for each metal arts, and we use metal locking washers and scratch paint on brackets. We ensure all finished lights have positive results 0.1-0.2 which pass Ground Resistance Tests.

In addition, Jobet also make sure all power cables have LOW RESITANCE.

B. Insulation Resistance

Test all lights by 500V DC for one minute to confirm insulation resistance before shipping.

C. Electric Strength (Hi-Pot Test)

Perform a 1500V AC test for one minute to verify electric strength.
